01What it is
Our entry for Snowflake AI & Data Hackathon Korea 2026. The 5-person crew WIGTN built it together and took runner-up. What came after was more interesting than the hackathon itself; we converted the prize Mac mini straight into a team home server, and it has been running as the self-hosting infrastructure for our team projects ever since.
02Outcome
Alongside the runner-up prize money, the team gained always-on experimental infrastructure. Most of our team projects' self-hosting experiments now run on this server.
